6. Production and Installation
Clients must ensure safe site access and necessary approvals for installations. Delays or additional visits caused by site issues, third-party restrictions, or unprepared locations may be charged separately.
7. Client Materials
You confirm that all materials provided are owned by you or licensed for use. The Company is not responsible for legal issues arising from client-supplied content. You agree to indemnify us against claims related to such materials.
8. Intellectual Property
All pre-existing tools and processes remain our property. Upon full payment, ownership or usage rights to final deliverables will transfer as agreed. We may display completed work for portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
9. Revisions and Changes
Revisions are limited to those stated in the quotation. Additional changes, rework after approval, or scope extensions may incur extra charges and timeline adjustments.
10. Cancellations and Refunds
